In Ukraine, wages were raised to citizens who work in intense shelling

The head of the regional military administration will determine the list of works for which the corresponding allowance is paid, told in the Ministry of Integration. The government has increased wages to citizens working in intensive shelling. This was reported by the Ministry of Integration press service on December 29 on Telegram.

In the territories where active fighting is conducted, employees have provided the opportunity to double the corresponding amounts of work allowances during intense shelling. Payments will be made in proportion to working days when shelling took place. The head of the regional military administration will determine the list of works for which such an allowance is paid.

For civil servants working in special conditions in the territories of active hostilities, salaries will be determined by certain standards. The calculation will be made taking into account the factor 3 in the calculation per month in proportion to working days, when shelling took place. In Ukraine, some pensioners were allowed not to undergo physical identification in Savings Bank to receive payments by March 31, 2024.

The change applies to internally displaced persons who were registered by February 24, 2022. Identification procedure will allow them not to lose social payments. Meanwhile, the Cabinet decided to continue to prolong the period of procedure. We will remind, on December 27 in the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers was warned regarding the possibility of temporarily termination of payment of pensions and salaries to the population, if the event does not provide financial assistance in early 2024.
