According to him, taxi drivers from Khartsiz and Makeevka are already refusing to go to Donetsk. The head of the city administration said that in the last few days the pressure near Avdiivka "has increased significantly". In particular, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation increased the number of attacks and storms. "Indeed, the situation is not easy and it is unlikely to be easier in the near future," he emphasized.

At the same time, according to Barabash, the pace of evacuation of the local population from Avdiivka is slowed down. Recently, the number of those who want to leave has halved.
