NATO's VAT - New betrayal: why NATO's accession is the only way to stop Putin rather than vice versa
The same financialization of Ukraine is ongoing. And it seems that you could put a plus and move on. But Ukraine is moving. A very strange narrative that is actively distributed. And it is not clear, the Russians promote the demotivation of theses, or the Ukrainians have enough mind. So, the thesis is actively moving, that it is a very bad decision, because now Putin will definitely never agree to end the war, because he does not want to see Ukraine in NATO.
The thesis is very manipulative and seems to be visible immediately. But so it only seems. And we must explain. People who promote these theses probably did not ask themselves. What kind of decision should NATO be made based on this logic? To make it help to complete the war? And please, do not offer a version of Ukraine's accession to NATO right now. It is impossible. No one will buy a ticket to the third world. No one wants to escalate and join the war with Russia. At least politicians.
Maybe the US generals and dream of now to destroy all the power of the remaining Russian army now, but politicians will never play a game at risk of nuclear war. We can like it or not like it, but it is a fact. And it's about responsibility. That is, you do not have this decision on the table. What then do the adherents of unexpected betrayal offer? What should end the end of the war? It seems that according to their logic, NATO should say that it will never take Ukraine to itself.
And then Putin will not make sense to delay the war. And then he will finish it immediately. Are you serious? Do you offer it? Someone hopes for it? Does someone believe in such a scenario? Someone thinks it will happen to Putin as a soothing, and not become a manifestation of weakness for him? And if not, what are these theses? What to tie Russia's war against Ukraine to NATO accession? Putin will fight until he is able to fight.
And the war will end only when he realizes that for his personal survival the war is more threatening than peace. All. Introduction or not to the NATO's war to NATO does not play any role here. This fact adds nothing new to Putin's equation. The West depletes Putin and Russia, and the longer the war will last, the more fragile the situation in Russia will become.
Therefore, no one will continue the war on the minimums, which minimally affects Ukraine and strongly beats the economy of Russia and Putin's power. Ukraine's accession to NATO is not the main sense of Putin's life, it does not determine the behavior of the Russian dictator. But the key here is that manipulation is the very fact of the end of the war to NATO's decision. This solution is symbolic. And it is important. In particular, for our European integration.
