"Half doesn't work": the Russian Federation received 1.5 million ammunition from the DPRK

According to the deputy chief of Ukrainian intelligence Vadim Skibitsky, the Russians lack their own production capacity. This applies to both shells and rockets. As a result, Moscow is forced to turn to the Allies. North Korea continues to assist the Russian Federation and put the occupiers one and a half million shells. In doing so, they were released in the last century.

This was stated by the Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense (GUR MOU) Vadim Skibitsky in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine, which was published on February 23. According to him, the enemy uses missiles from the DPRK and after shelling it is very difficult to determine whether the remains of "Kn-23" or from "Iskander" because of their similarity.

The only thing that is clear is North Korea missiles and, most likely, the "Iskander" was taken as a basis for development. "According to our estimation, the Russians have promised to provide some additional technologies for North Korea to improve their weapons. But this remains a powerful weapon because the destruction is large. This ballistic missile has a large charge (over half a tonne)," Vadim Skibitsky said.

From all of the above, a representative of the GUR continues, it can be concluded that the enemy does not have enough own capacity of production of rocket weapons, so he is forced to ask for help from allies who remained. It is also clearly visible in the production of ammunition. According to Ukrainian intelligence, the Russians were able to fulfill a defense order for 2 million ammunition 122 mm and 155 mm calibers last year.

At the same time, this may not be enough, so Moscow turned to Pyongyang. "If you take the available statistics, the Russians from the DPRK have already brought one and a half million ammunition. But these ammunition from the 70s, 80s. Half does not work there, and the rest demand before using it, or recovery or checking.

What is the benefit of North Korea? She gives old, asks to increase production in herself and ask for certain technologies, including missile technologies, "Vadim Skibitsky summed up. We will remind, on February 23 it was reported that the fragments of the DPRK missiles with American details will help to expose the supply networks.
