According to him, 267 people and 50 vehicles work on eliminating the effects of environmental disaster.

On December 15, the Russian media reported that in the Black Sea near the Kerch Strait, two tankers of the Russian Federation "Volgoneft 212" and "Volgoneft-239", which transported about 4,000 tons of fuel oil, were sinking. It was reported that the tankers broke in half powerful waves.

On December 15, the Russian Telegram-channel Baza reported that the evacuation of 14 tanker crew members Volgoneft-239 was postponed by morning due to adverse weather conditions. It was noted that 11 people were evacuated from Tanker Volgoneft-212, two of whom were in serious condition, and also reports on one dead in Russian social networks. The Greenpeace law enforcement organization was warned of the threat of environmental disaster through the oil poured into the sea.
