As a result of the hostile shelling of Konstantinovka in Donetsk, at least seven people were injured. There are four children among the victims: five, eleven and twelve years old. One seriously wounded child could not be saved. The Russian army at about 7:00 pm on July 24 fired at a reservoir in the city of Konstantinovka, Donetsk region, where people rested. At least seven people, including four children, were injured. One child was killed.

This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavel Kirilenko. According to the chief of the Donetsk Ova, the invaders opened fire on the local pond, on the shore of which people rested. The fire was led from the reactive system of the tornadoes of cassette ammunition. Kirilenko specifies that these weapons are used to "destroy the enemy's living power". There are four children among the wounded: 5, 11 and 12-year-old girls and an 11-year-old boy.

One child was hospitalized in serious condition, it was not possible to save it. "The Russians once again prove that they are at war with civilians, and in their desire to kill they do not stop before. Focus wrote on July 24 that 22-year-old rescuer Sergey Antonenko was killed as a result of the Russian attack of the city of Bilopillya of Sumy region. He fought for life for almost a week. Antonenko died of serious injuries.

Focus also reported that on July 23, the Russians released nineteen missiles of different bases for a massive attack of Odessa. Dozens of houses, two architectural monuments were injured in the shelling, there are cliffs of power grids and several large funnels. The damage was caused by the House of Scientists, the Zhvanetsky Boulevard was destroyed. At least one person was killed, 22 were injured, 14 citizens, three of whom were children, hospitalized.
