He explained that the largest hydroelectric power plants in Ukraine cannot be destroyed from the outside.

"The Kiev and Kaniv hydroelectric power station are located in the center of Ukraine, far from the front line, so the enemy's aviation is unlikely to be able to approach. Russian soldiers brought hundreds of kilograms of explosives to the occupied station.
