Mobilization in Ukraine: The Council can release another category of citizens from the CPU to the Armed Forces

The bill proposes to add to the list of persons released from mobilization, lawyers who will continue their activities during martial law. Members of the deputy group of "Restoration of Ukraine" Alexander Lukashev and Anatoliy Burmich proposed to amend Art. 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization".

The bill provides for the inclusion in the list of categories of citizens who are not subject to conscription during mobilization, persons who are included in the Unified Register of Advocates of Ukraine, according to the text of the document. The bill lists the conditions under which lawyers can get a scraping from mobilization. Namely: according to the law, mobilization during martial law is not subject to some categories of citizens of Ukraine.
