In addition, pipes were burst in the homes, and the air temperature in the apartments is only 13-15 degrees Celsius. There is also a local hospital without heat supply. Patients are warmed by heaters. Also, the absence of heat and broken pipes are complained by residents of Podilska, chip and electric steel.
Some Russian Telegram channels wrote that the prosecutor's office of the Moscow region will be involved in the situation with the lack of light, heat and water. Meanwhile, the residents of the Moscow region are outraged by the fact that they are without heat and hot water for more than a day. According to Russian media, in Podolsk people even went to a rally. Local Mayor Grigory Artamov promised to restore the heat supply by the evening.
However, there were no whole pipes left in a large number of apartments. Also, for the victims, the residents promised to deploy a field kitchen, where they had to give out warm porridge and tea. Among other things, on January 4, Russian media reported a fire at the substation, through which 20 multi -storey buildings in Moscow were left without light and heat supply.
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobianin wrote that part of the building was transferred to the reserve power scheme, and the residents of multi -storey buildings provide the necessary assistance. Already on January 5, the city authorities stated that all the houses had been connected to electricity. Nevertheless, about 20 brigades remain on duty. Recall that in Belgorod, due to constant shelling, residents turned to the governor to help them go to a safe place.
