NATO strongly condemned the attacks on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine and along the Danube bed, but stated that there was no sign that this drone was intended to defeat the target in the Alliance or a deliberate attack on the NATO country. "We continue to monitor the situation and maintain close contact with the Romanian authorities," Dylan White stressed. According to Romanian media, the Russian drone on the night of December 14 crashed near the village of Grind on the Danube shore.

No one was injured, a cluster was formed at the scene. At the same time, the German Drone Above Romania was raised by German fighters of the Eurofighter Typhoon of the Air Force from the 57th Air Base "Mikhail Kongelnitsky" and F-16 Romania F-16 fighters from the base in Festshta.
