"Exceed the Standards": GUR told in what conditions the captives of the Russians (video) were kept

According to a representative of Ukrainian intelligence Andrei Yusov, at least as Kyiv treated his enemy, the whole world can watch how the soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the Russian side does not comply with the Rivne Convention. The Ukrainian exchange fund is regularly replenished with Russian invaders and their maintenance conditions are much better than they could be.

Andrey Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR MOU), shared the details about this on the telephone. According to him, the soldiers of the Armed Forces, who were captured, are in satisfactory conditions and they are much better than prescribed in the Geneva Convention. "No matter how we treat our enemies, the conditions of detention provided by our state for captive invaders can see the whole world.

The places of their maintenance meet and even exceed the standards of the Geneva Convention concerning nutrition, medical support, access of international representatives, as well as connection with relatives, " - said Andrei Yusov. Separately, the representative of the Ukrainian intelligence added that the enemy is doing exactly the opposite. All the rules stipulated in the document are ignored. In addition, the Russians have not only the Armed Forces fighters, but also civilians.

It is about thousands of people who, without any justifications and explanations, have been stolen from their homes for only one reason-they are Ukrainians. "They are illegally held in dozens of different places, both intended for keeping people and re -created, often cellars of various institutions that have nothing to do with the maintenance Invasion . . .

there is a violation of the rights of detention of Ukrainian prisoners of war, illegal detention of civilians and is part of the genocidal war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, " - continued Andriy Yusov. It is noteworthy that the Geneva Convention provides for regular inspections of the conditions of keeping captives of the International Committee of the Red Cross, but the Russian side does not give them access.
