Carry significant losses: the Armed Forces have problems on the left bank of the Dnieper - ISW (map)
Yes, the occupiers are forced to expect permits for the use of artillery, and then provide photo and video report on the destruction of goals. This was reported at the Institute of War Study (ISW). Analysts draw conclusions about serious problems that significantly undermine the combat capability of Russian troops on the left bank of Kherson region, primarily based on information from Russian sources.
According to Russian sources, problems with command and communication are not only eliminated after changing the leadership of the Russian group "Dnipro", but also deepens significantly. Despite the appointment of Mikhail Teplinsky Commander of the group, there is an increase in complaints from the Russian military on the ineffective solution of these problems. According to analysts, despite some reduction in the incidents of suicide storms in the Krynok area, problems remain at a high level.
Currently, occupiers who are near Krynoks are dissatisfied, claiming that they are difficult to knock down Ukrainian aircraft and helicopters due to delays in receiving timely permission from command. In addition, the opening of artillery fire on the Armed Forces requires a long -term expectation of permits on the part of the invaders.
At the same time, the occupiers complain about the lack of the EWS systems to counteract Ukrainian drones, who are actively used in the area of cribs and cause significant losses to the invaders. Another Russian "military correspondent" also appealed to the Russian command to stop the transfer of equipment to the Krynok district and its surrounding area. According to him, the Ukrainian military successfully destroy up to 90% of military equipment of the occupation army in the area.
According to military expert Konstantin Mashovets, part of the 17th tank regiment of the 70th Motorized Rifle Division, located southeast of the Krynoks, expresses a willingness to actively attack in order to exhaust defense forces. This fact indicates that at least the command of this regiment prefers to adhere to the traditional Russian tactics, which involves carrying out tired frontal attacks.
At the same time, during the fighting in the area of Krynok, Russian troops suffered significant losses. Parts of the Russian 104th Airborne Division were particularly affected. As of January 9, they added to ISW, positional battles continued near the Krynoks, which, however, did not lead to confirmed changes on the front line on the Left Bank of the Kherson region.
We will remind, on January 5, the Preskretic of Defense forces of South of Ukraine Natalia Humeniuk stated that the Russian military restored the use of armored vehicles on the left bank of the Kherson region. According to her, the enemy stopped using armored vehicles due to heavy losses, but now resumed storms with machines. Instead, the Ukrainian military continue to destroy the military equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and personnel.
