According to her, South Africa expressed his willingness to join the Vatican and Qatar and took the role of mediator in the return of Ukrainian children. Senior Expert on Transitional Justice and Government Relations of the Partnership for Strong Ukraine Foundation Anthony Triolo presented the work of the Bring Kids Back UA International Expert Group, including evidence Russia.

He emphasized separately the recommendations of experts provided to the international community and the importance of providing international organizations with access to Ukrainian children in Russia. In addition, there was a separate panel discussion, which discussed the role of South Africa as a leader in the international advocacy of children's rights, as well as the historical experience of the country in human rights.
