"They just trouble with morgues," said Pavel Lysyansky. According to him, the armed forces of the Russian Federation have a large number of wounded. It is difficult for the enemy to carry the wounded to the Voronezh or Rostov region, where there is medium level medicine and where it is possible to provide any help, so the occupiers use civilian hospitals in temporarily occupied territories.
According to Lysyansky, sick Ukrainians are expelled from hospitals, and the wounded military Russian military is inhabited in their place. Lysyansky stressed that the occupiers are still lacking places in hospitals, so they try to transport the wounded to the Russian Federation. To do this, they increased forced blood collection, which is necessary for long transportation. Thus, the enemy collects blood in all structures - schools, universities, enterprises, occupation administrations.
In addition, Pavel Lysyansky noted that the problems of Russians with morgues are not as with hospitals. He suggested that the enemy was doing something with bodies, disposing them. The occupiers are so profitable because the status of "missing" is not the status of "dead", and therefore does not imply compensation for death. The Russian soldiers also receive different types of injuries.
The human rights activist added that, probably, in severe injury, the occupiers are "not soaring" and are not taken to the hospital, but are disposed of in place.
