It was indicated that there was a hacker attack and there were problems in Kiev stores. Publisms of other cities refuted or confirmed the troubles. The company has not commented on the situation yet. One of the first reports of troubles in the building materials store appeared around 8:20 in the anonymous channel "Times of Ukraine". The post was about a "hacking attack", which happened on the night of April 28. As a result of this attack, it is impossible to buy goods in the shops of the city of Kiev. Other details or any confirmations were not given. However, in the comments to the post wrote that the app stopped working.

The focus checked the work of the application and it turned out that it really did not work (as of 9 hours). Meanwhile, information about the work of Epicenter stores in Kryvyi Rih was found on the network. The information Telegram-channel "Your Kryvyi Rih" wrote that there were no problems in this city. At the same time, there were posts in Chernihiv, as well as confirmation that stores were not working in Kiev. There are no comments on the situation on the official Facebook page of Facebook.

People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko reported that the cause of the problems was in the disconnection of the infrastructure object related to servers of a number of electronic services.
