Mobilization in Ukraine failed: how several million men hid from the army

The state now has today, yesterday to show that it increases the mobilization reserve, and does not decrease, calls on a political figure Yuri Gudimenko. Because, in his opinion, the state is doing everything to cover millions of people from the army. We fail mobilization due to the absolute absence of a single vector. How can one state go simultaneously to "we need soldiers on the front" and "let's book everyone - and especially who can not"? This is the madness on the verge of debilism.

We have a mobilization reserve - for example, 5 million people (calculation "texty. org. ua"). We exhaust it daily, reduce it - and do it directed and deliberately! They did not overcome corruption in the MSEC and VLK - think, another thousand (or more) healthy men receive a certificate daily for money, which allows them not to go into the army. Corruption did not overcome the migration service, in the border services - still consider hundreds of people a day leave (run out, flow) and do not return.

The state has closed one and a half (and maybe more) a million people from mobilization as reserved as "critical infrastructure". And we are well aware that most of them work in enterprises that are not critical in any interpretation of the term. These are stores of building materials, it is Igor, his mother, business, it is retail networks, it is football and not only clubs whose owners were able to "agree" - for money or on their own.

How many of the one and a half million are booked? I don't know. In my "favorite" police department, which I have already written - 16,000 people. There are four crews in the military system, all booked. And there are other departments in the National Way, there is a paramilitary protection of "Ukrzaliznytsia", there is a judicial protection, there are many, many other things in the state itself. And the above booked private businesses in a huge amount.

And we are confident in the course for "economic reservation" (read - legal "redemption" from the army), which will further reduce our mobilization reserve. That is, we, as a state, systematically do everything so that as little people in the country can even be theoretically mobilized. And at the same time we spend enormous energy (and we have a huge growth of dysmoral) because we task on the streets of people one by one. It is banal inefficient.

And even more ineffective, given that the state talks about "economic reservation" and ineffective fight against corruption actually pushes potential mobilized fighters not to prepare for battles, but to look for "variations". Because the message from the state "for the grandmothers in the army can not go" sounds except not aloud. The state now has today, yesterday to show that it increases the mobilization reserve, and does not decrease.

This is first and foremost the maximum removal of the armor and punishment of those who rescued for money. This is first and foremost a clear statement that there will be no economic booking. And again, first of all, the most effective fight against corruption everywhere, where our mobilization reserve is reduced for grandmothers. Yes, all this is in the first place. There is no second stage.
