The authorities brought an increased number of buses to the routes. Also, more than 80% of traffic lights do not work. Significant intersections work at large intersections. "There is no hot water supply in the city. Cold water is supplied through backup power. There are also difficulties with mobile communications. On connection with mobile operators," Moskalenko wrote. Russian troops struck 15 rockets in Lviv. Some of them were knocked down.
