"The FSB stated that the center of the Islamic state operated in the Kaluga region of Russia as part of the Afghan unit of the group known as IDIL-Gorrasan, which seeks to create a caliphate in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Iran. It is reported that the group first appeared in the east of Afghanistan at the end of 2014 and deserved the reputation of an extremely cruel organization.
