"While there is a war": The Ministry of Culture explained why the "only news" will continue to go to the ether

According to Mykola Tochytsky, Telearaphone should become a more educational project to explain what is a Ukrainian culture and what the state plans to keep it. While the Russian-Ukrainian War is ongoing, the National Telernado "One News" will continue to go to the ether. The Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine Mykola Tochitsky stated in an interview with Voice of America. "As long as there is a war, we need a single marathon.

It is needed to make us uniform approaches that will break the propaganda that the Russian Federation is doing about us," Tochitsky said. He said that at one of the first meetings with representatives of different channels, they said that it should be a "more educational" project, where, in particular, they would explain what is a Ukrainian culture and what the state plans to do to preserve it.

"I believe that the only news can be the platform where we can all be spoken and deprived of those Russian hostile narratives that have been laid in different periods of development of Ukraine," Totchitsky said. The minister stressed that it is necessary to make a "better product" in order to be interesting to the audience. "It is very important for us to create truly strategic communications of today, not only for the outside world, but also inside.

And without real discussion of the processes that happen, it will be quite difficult to win this war. Only ours with you, but also the victories of the entire democratic world, " - summed up Tocitsky. We will remind, on September 6, Mykola Tokytskyi stated that the Ministry of Culture will not initiate the closure of the Talemaphone, since it still looks at a certain number of citizens of Ukraine.
