Tsaplienko also stated that at least three hostile rockets were recorded in the Kiev region. The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Alexei Kuleba reported that aircraft operated in the region. Already at 09:40, the Kyiv City Military Administration specified that two winged rockets of Russian troops had been shot over the capital.
