The history of the OASK ended, the history of reforms continues even during the war - the President of Ukraine's appeal

I wish health, dear Ukrainians! Today was a very fruitful day for Ukraine. In various aspects. We have very good news from France - today there are two conferences in support of Ukraine. Their first result is a billion euro of helping our sustainability, especially energy. Every day we get new forces for Ukraine to go through this winter, and I thank everyone who works for the sake of it and who helps our country.

Today we also have decisions of other countries other than France - the Czech Republic, Spain, Switzerland - about providing additional support packages. The Italian Senate made an armed support decision. Norway is preparing a new program of support for our country and people . . . Today I participated in both conferences in Paris. The first concerned more of our interstate relations. The second forum was focused on France's business.

Ukrainian government officials have presented the opportunities for French entrepreneurs to invest in Ukraine now, when the war is still ongoing, and after our victory. They also discussed what we can do to strengthen our country at the European level. The first lady of Ukraine today in France presents humanitarian projects to our partners.

What can be done as quickly as possible to support in the field of medicine, education and humanitarian aid to our people, in particular through the Elena Foundation. And I am grateful to all the French for the support of Ukraine - not only political, not only defensive and sanction, which is vital. But also because we equally accept the need to protect the value of human life, human dignity and those humanitarian opportunities that everyone and everyone gives everyone.

He spoke with the President of the European Council Charles Michel. He thanked for the decision for 18 billion euros for Ukraine next year and for increasing the European Peace Fund by 2 billion euros. These funds can greatly help us maintain social stability. I also prepare for participation in the meeting of the European Council on December 15.

He just turned to the Parliament and the people of New Zealand - a country that fundamentally supports us from the first weeks of full -scale Russian aggression. He spoke about our formula of peace, about the special summit, which we convene for the realization of our formula. And he called on New Zealand to take on the international level of the one of the Peace Formula points, which concerns environmental safety and demining.

New Zealand is one of those countries that understands that the destruction of the environment is equal to the destruction of life and which can help diplomatic mobilization of its region in order to implement the Ukrainian formula of peace. And one more. Today, I signed the law on liquidation of the OASK - District Administrative Court of Kyiv. This story ended. And the history of reforms continues - it continues even during such a war.
