Cancellation of "restricted" status: the Ministry of Defense explained to whom they will be released from the Armed Forces (infographics)

Citizens who had the status of "restricted" will not immediately be released from the Armed Forces or mobilized. First, they will wait for new documents that will update the list of grounds for fit/unsuitable. In Ukraine, the status of "restricted" was abolished, but this does not mean that men who had this status will immediately become "suitable" and are mobilized in the Armed Forces.

Instead, they will have almost a year to pass the Military Medical Commission at the Territorial Center of Acquisition (TCC). They then wait for the list of diseases that determine suitability/unsuitable. Only then will the military and conscripts find out whether they will be released or mobilized. The Ministry of Defense was told about the details of the cancellation of the status of "restricted" in the infographic on the Facebook page.

The post indicates that the cancellation took place in accordance with Law No. 3621-IX. Earlier, Focus wrote that the law refers to social benefits for the military, but also made changes to a number of documents, from which they seized the term "limited".

The Ministry of Defense's infographic explains how Ukraine will implement new rules: both categories of Ukrainians - military and conscripts - should pay attention to the following schedule of action: after the VLK has an updated list of diseases, citizens will receive the appropriate updated status.

How to work against the military: how they will act on the military: the infographic does not indicate how to act for people who have lost their status to update the disease list: whether they will need to go to the VLK again to find out suitability. It should be noted that in the Verkhovna Rada since January 2024 they consider the amendments to the bill on strengthening of mobilization and military service.

Among the proposals that have passed the profile committee are the refusal to impose restrictions on people who evade conscription. In addition, there is still controversy whether they will allow to "redeem" from mobilization, subject to a monthly official payment to the country's budget. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has told some details of the bill concerning 18-year conscripts.
