More than 700 cases in two months: Russians recall teenagers to "mining" schools in Ukraine

According to Ombudsman Dmitry Lubin, a minor should be convey that the enemy tries to use them for his criminal purposes, and this cannot be allowed. The invaders from the territory of the Russian Federation continue to provoke and in their methods they use even Ukrainian children. This was stated by the Human Rights Protection Commissioner Dmitry Lubinets on the page on the social network Facebook on November 11.

According to him, the Russians recruit Ukrainian children and make them report to alleged mines of schools and other educational institutions. Recently, this has become a mass phenomenon. According to the Ombudsman, only from September 1 to October 20, the National Police received 1288 reports of threat to citizens, destruction or damage to property. Of these, 708 cases concerned the threat of educational institutions. Law enforcement officers registered 273 criminal proceedings.

Dmitry Lubinets noted that you can try to counter this and there is one way. "We need to carry out explanatory measures with minors in educational institutions. They need to clearly convey: Russians want to use in their criminal actions!" - The message is said. The Ombudsman of Ukraine office intends to send a letter to the Ministry of Education of Ukraine in the near future to carry out educational classes with students and students.

They should convey the importance of counteracting Russian provocations and why it is impossible to come into contact with the aggressor. On September 21, the SBU already stated that the special services of the Russian Federation recruit Ukrainian children to send fakes for mines. To do this, the Russians use the prohibited social network "VKontakte" in Ukraine, controlled Telegram channels and playing online platforms.
