The Russian Federation has called conditions for a truce in Ukraine: the Kremlin requires to stop mobilization (video)

To extend: Russia requires a number of conditions for the West and Ukraine to fulfill the ceasefire: the supply of weapons, and the second - to stop the mobilization of such conditions was called the Russian representative to the UN Vasyl Nemenza at a meeting of the Security Council on the topic of attempts to "interfere with the peace process".

According to him, the Russian Federation is ready "in principle" to think about the introduction of a ceasefire regime in order to come to resolve the root causes of the conflict in the future. "To do this, we need to see counter -steps on the other hand. We have repeatedly voiced our anxiety. At the time of the truce it is necessary that the event stops supplying the Kiev regime of weapons to stop the mobilization of Ukraine," the diplomat said.

European sponsors of Ukraine, he said, allegedly orders President Vladimir Zelensky to "fight until the last Ukrainian". "On the verge of complete defeat today is Ukraine, which has lost millions of its citizens . . . This forces the Kiev regime to catch on the streets of the last Ukrainian men," he added. Neenza is convinced that Ukraine is forced to choose peace as a result of negotiations or inevitable defeat on the battlefield. The latter will cause other conditions of end of the war.

Russian goals in Ukraine, according to him, can be achieved by both military and peaceful way. But the Russian Federation is ready to fight as much as it will be needed. Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga condemned Neenzi's statements in the UN Council on Russia's readiness to continue fighting with Ukraine. According to him, the world insists on the immediate termination of murder and the beginning of meaningful diplomacy.

At the same time, Russia uses the highest diplomatic platforms for militant rhetoric. The Heads of the Foreign Ministry calls it "slap to all who advocate for peace": the United States, Europe, China, Brazil and other countries. "We demand reactions to the bold statements of Russia, which threaten the peaceful process. The pressure on Moscow must be strengthened. They do not understand the normal attitude or diplomatic language," the minister said.
