According to Focus, leaders of Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan arrived on the Red Square. At the beginning of the parade, Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the Veterans of World War II, accompanied by the leaders of the republics who came to the Red Square.
