The Tax Code is acting properly when citizens who have not granted the right to defer. People need to prepare the necessary papers themselves and provide them to the military enlistment office, said Vladimir Fitio, a spokesman for the Land Forces. The conscripted Ukrainians have to worry about delaying mobilization on their own. The peculiarities of receiving a deferral were told by the head of the public relations service of the Armed Forces Command of the Armed Forces, Major Vladimir Fito in an interview with RBC-Ukraine. According to him, citizens probably did not submit to the territorial centers of acquisition (TCC) supporting documents.
