The head of the Center for Military Legal Research Alexander Musienko believes that in the fall, after the beginning of the next mobilization, a new rebellion may take place in Russia. Oleksandr Musienko is convinced that during the next wave of mobilization in the Russian Federation to the front will be taken away by servicemen of different professions from major cities. It can cause a revolutionary situation and protests.
