It is reported that according to April 5, the geolocation of the Defense Forces of Ukraine advanced southeast of the village of Borova, Kharkiv region, to the west from the village of Makiivka in Luhansk region. At the same time, on April 5 and 6, the assaults of the invaders to the northeast of Borova in the area of ​​Nova Kruglyakivka and Zarizovy continued to be stormed and east of Borova.

The Russians also advanced in the Kursk direction, in Sumy region and near Toretsk, Pokrovsk, Kurakhov and Kupyansk. According to ISW, on the basis of geolocation on April 5, the Russians recently advanced in Southern Kamianets, located northeast of Kupyansk. The ISW also reports the continuation of the offers of the invaders to the northeast of the estuary in the area of ​​the settlements of Nove, wells, Novoyubivka, Yampolivka, Grekivka, Novomykhailivka and the Green Valley.

In turn, the spokesman for the operational-strategic group of Khortytsia Viktor Tregubov reported that the infantry of the occupiers in the estuary direction conducted assault with anti-tank mines, which he tries, often without success, to undermine in the positions of Ukrainian fighters. At the General Staff of the Armed Forces as of 8:00 am April 7 reported eight attacks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the previous day.

The Ukrainian military reflected hostile assaults near the settlements of Peschane, Nova Kruglyakivka, Boguslavka and Zhizovo. In the estuary direction a day on April 6, the Russians attacked 22 times, according to the General Staff. The Russians tried to advance near the settlements of Novoyogorovka, New, wells, Yampolivka, Hope.
