"Violation of the laws and customs of war": The SBU reported suspicion to the Russian Combat

Investigators established the involvement of the Russian army commander in the torture of the Ukrainian prisoners of war. The Security Service of Ukraine has assembled an evidence of another military army of the Russian Federation, which committed military crimes during the temporary occupation of Chernihiv region. On the basis of the evidence collected, investigators of the SBU informed the military offender of suspicion under Part 1, Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war). Law enforcement officers have information that Danilo Kolyk is hiding from justice in Russia and a temporarily captured part of Ukraine. The Security Service takes the necessary measures to hold it.

In addition, the SBU in Zaporozhye detained the teacher of the school, who was a corrector in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The teacher of computer science of the Higher Vocational School went on cooperation with the enemy in July 2023. The SBU was detained during an attempt to transfer the intelligence.
