In particular, Kursk region was injured, as reported by the governor of the region Roman Stavoit in his Telegram. According to him, allegedly Ukrainian UAV attacked the oil plant in Sudzha.

He believes that 3 cassette ammunition was thrown there. "There are no victims. Two ammunition broke and damaged production barrels and underground storage facilities. One was not broken, the sappers were caused to neutralize it," Roman Stavoit wrote. Separately, he urged citizens not to approach the debris and if they were detected immediately to inform law enforcement agencies. Also on the night of November 9, the Bryansk region was allegedly fired, as reported by the Russian media Shot.

It is noted that it could be a tank attack and the event is accused of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. "About 30 shells were released in the village of Sluchiv in a border guard district. The shelling was carried out on the eve of about 20 minutes. The victims and destruction were avoided," - the message reads.
