Ukraine should not only focus on the defense this year and direct the forces to increase our own capabilities, but not everything depends on our country.

Vadim Skybitsky, Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of Intelligence, informed the details in Podcast of Ukrainian Pravda. The representative of the department was asked about who would have the advantage of a "long -lasting war" if Ukraine is already involved. He noted that the participation of partner countries is also considered to be. In his opinion, if you take an exclusively defensive position, it will not lead to anything. Skibitsky stressed that Russia had a sufficiently mobilization resource. The enemy replenishes the losses, easier to complete the units.
