The Russian Federation closes 20 border crossing points with Ukraine - where they are - map

The Government of the Russian Federation has legally enshrined closing of 20 non -working checkpoints at the border with Ukraine. The corresponding order is published on the site of official publication of legal acts.

"Close from August 1, 2025, crossing points across the state border of the Russian Federation, established in accordance with the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Ukraine on checkpoints across the state border between the Russian Federation and Ukraine of 8 February 1995, according to the list given in the annex," The list includes 13 road and 7 rail checkpoints. Some of them are located on the territory of the so -called "new regions" of Russia.

All these checkpoints do not work at this time.
