"RDC activity will develop": Budanov evaluated the prospects of new raids in

The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov did not exclude the likelihood of fighting with the participation of Russian volunteers in the territory of Kursk and Belgorod regions. In the border areas of the Russian Federation, the fighters of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDC) can be more often raids that will become even larger. In conversation with NV Kirill Budanov, the head of the GUR Ministry of Defense, evaluated this probability.

It is possible that Russian fighters who fight on the side of the Armed Forces can visit the territory of Kursk and Belgorod regions. Budanov suggested that such actions could be even larger. Despite the imaginary lull, as the chief GUR noted, the RDC continues to attack the Russian border. According to him, volunteers recently went to the Kursk region. Budanov drew attention to the fact that Russia responded to this event.

The Russians wrote that there was a fight in the region, and several FSB staff, border guards and their military were killed. "It was just not so large -scale actions," the GUR head explained. Budanov added that in his forecast is based on logical conclusions. Volunteers will act even more intensively in the near future. "The activities of the RDC and other units will develop, as well as the scale of these activities related to these activities," Budanov said.

The RDC fighters, as it became known on September 10, carried out a successful battle on the border with Russia. Russian volunteers stated that at least one FSB employee was killed about ten wounded. Russian volunteers fought using grenade launchers and small arms. After the battle, they went to the territory of Ukraine. On September 5, the RDC was reported on the Bryansk region.

The governor of the region Alexander Bogomaz stated that attempts to break the border were successfully "reflected", but later it turned out that the raid of the "Russian Volunteer Corps" was still successful. We will remind, on August 16, the RDC commander made a "proposal" to residents of the border areas of the Russian Federation. They have the opportunity to receive financial assistance from Russian volunteers who are fighting on the side of Ukraine.
