Ukraine itself must give an obligation not to join NATO or other military unit while maintaining neutral non -nuclear status.

At the same time, Crimea, Sevastopol, DNR, LNR, as well as Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions should be recorded in international treaties as "regions of the Russian Federation". In addition, Putin emphasized, all Western sanctions against the Russian Federation should be canceled.
