He reported that Russia has been developing Circon missiles since 2011. They were adopted by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2022. Last year, the enemy had already attacked them - Odessa and Nikolaev.

"They were not so much a task to destroy this rocket as it was the question of whether it could bypass the air defense system in Kiev, as far as it was able to move and deceive radars quickly and, and apparently, there was a calculation on the effect of surprise," Tymochko explained. According to him, the occupiers try to use everything that is in service. "Zircon" is "very expensive" as "dagger". According to various estimates, the cost of one rocket reaches $ 10-29 million.

In addition, "not cheap" are launchers and preparation of units responsible for service and launching of weapons. The military suggested that the Russian Federation is now looking for new ways and mechanisms for the task of strikes in Ukraine. The enemy could "inspire" the effective work of the air defense, Iskander, and the types of H. He recalled that Russia also lost a considerable number of ships that were transported by "calibers".
