The enemy will continue to strike in the fall. This opinion was expressed by the head of the Center for Military Legal Research Alexander Musienko, writes "RBC-Ukraine". According to him, the turning point could be a massive attack on July 8, when the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was hit by the Ohmatdit Children's Hospital. After that, Russia believed that Kiev's air defense could be overcome because of its vulnerability. That is why the enemy will do it again and again. Oleksandr Musienko added that in this way the enemy tries to intimidate Ukrainians and an audience in the West by demonstrating their capabilities.
