According to Rosmadia, the icebreaker "Russia" was to be launched from the stir in 2027. However, due to the lack of technical details, the cost of work on the ship increased, and the very date of descent of the icebreaker was delayed. In the Russian Federation, the nuclear icebreakers "Russia" cannot be constructed and lowered on the water, since the vessel requires unique parts that are made only in Ukraine. Earlier in Russia it was assumed that to help equip the icebreakers with the necessary details - brackets of rowing shafts, ice teeth and steering brackets - the plant "Energomashspetsstal" in Kramatorsk (Donetsk region) will be able to.
