"We see that the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation has some restrictions, whether it has the ability to produce new missiles? Yes, it has because it has such potential. Does it have the opportunity to produce new tanks in the amount of 200-300 units every month? No, no. Here is the first moment: there is no serial large -scale production of tanks, "Kovalenko said. According to him, Russia can restore, repair, modernize its tanks, but not produce from scratch.

The same situation with artillery. Yes, the Russian Federation can restore the Soviet potential. "Every day of the war and the destruction of Russian units of equipment is an impact on Russia, it is a depletion of Russia. There will be a moment when Russia will be able to count only on its own production," Kovalenko said. He noted that this situation is now observed with rockets. Every day the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation cannot produce 70-80 missiles towards Ukraine.

"It happens once a month and a half, if we talk about 2023, then from September-it was three months pauses between large-scale strokes of rocket potential because they produce and accumulate, as it will be at some time with equipment,"-explained it expert. Kovalenko also said that in the war this war can not be a dead end, because on a monthly basis the strength of Ukraine's defense is depleting the enemy.
