On October 30, the military with the call sign "Stirlitz" and the Colonel of the Armed Forces Anatoly Stefan shared the relevant personnel.

"I know a large number of police officers who are fighting on the front, but do not distinguish the warrior with the contusion, to hold it and send it to the blow . . . Well, how . . . Well, why?" - he wrote. Stefan expressed his hope that the management of the department would understand the incident and give an explanation. On a published video, a man in military uniform emotionally talks to two patrols, showing them zero performance on the breathalyzer.

The man assured that they would fight on the front together. "I will be very asking for you to be sent to my mouth," the defender adds. The incident was explained on October 31 by the police press service of Zhytomyr region. The publication states that law enforcement officers stopped the car through a reversal in a forbidden place.

"At the wheel was a man who had no driver's license. In order to check for intoxication, police suggested that he undergo an appropriate examination," the department said. The press service emphasized that the man agreed and passed the testing voluntarily. "Police did not use duties related to road safety and coercive measures," the post said.
