At about 8 in the morning, the FSO received a "signal" that a suspicious ship was noticed near one of the bridges, which allegedly engaged in some repair work.

The security forces arrived at the scene and stated that the ship should be moved. The reason is the movement of the Putin tuple. After that, the events were intensified: it is not clear what conclusions FSO made. However, the post states that "special organs" still work with everyone who was on the barge. Citizens recorded several videos that show a barge standing near the shore and about five small boats around.

It is stated that the events took place in the area of ​​the International Trade Center (CMT). The terrain is in the center of Moscow, 3 km from Putin's residence in the Kremlin, in the Presenian district. Moscow-Rica flows a fairly twisted channel from the northwest to the southeast, cutting out the capital of the Russian Federation almost in half.
