Mobilization in Ukraine: who can pick up a car for the needs of the Armed Forces

The Ministry of Internal Affairs draw up a report that contains information about Ukrainian enterprises with a fleet. They can be transferred to the front to the military. In Ukraine, there is a martial law and general mobilization. At the same time, not only a person but also vehicles can be taken to the front. They are transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces. The fact is that every quarter in the Ministry of Internal Affairs draw up a special report, which is then submitted to the territorial centers of acquisition and social support (TCC and JV). It contains information on the registration or re -registration of cars owned by different enterprises and can potentially be transferred to the needs of the Ukrainian military.

The list includes the following categories: it is noteworthy that the mobilization of the car is carried out exclusively through the CCC and owners have the right to choose which car to transfer to the Armed Forces and which to leave for themselves. For the transmission process, you must return the car back to the owner within 30 calendar days from the date of demobilization. Managers of enterprises, institutions and organizations can write an appropriate statement.
