Michael Samus predicts that the first phases of the counter -offensive will not be ground, since there is no necessary weapons for such operations in the Armed Forces. This was announced by the Deputy Director of the Army Center, Conversion and Disarmament on International Affairs, Mikhail Samus on the Vidict's program with Sergei Rudenko on Tuesday, March 14.

"The first phases of the counter -offensive operation can be expected in the coming days, the next one - two weeks," Samus said. He said that the phases will not be ground and during the counter -offensive, the Ukrainian military will use high -precision weapons.
