Minsk and the occupation authorities of Sevastopol concluded an agreement on cooperation. At the same time, Belarus did not recognize the occupied Crimea in Russian. About it writes Mirror. The agreement refers to the export and import of products, urban economy, cooperation in the field of culture, education, science, youth policy, as well as "patriotic education".
