Kaliniak claims that Slovak's foreign and defensive policy has failed one by one, so now we need to change the Defense Cooperation Agreement with the United States. He considers the supply of military equipment and ammunition. Slovakia is a small country for which good relations with partners are important, as well as membership in organizations and obligations that are crucial.
