In general, the whole system of trenches, armor and fire points on the western region of Donetsk, according to "Schemes", was formed at the beginning of the first Russian military campaign in the Donbass. Therefore, the fortifications in this direction were enough - after active fights in those years, Russia and Ukraine finally entrenched on both sides of the line of contact, and the front did not move. However, according to journalists, in late 2022 Russia felt a threat and began to dig.
And in September 2023, the Ukrainian defense forces managed to liberate part of the village of Experimental, although the front line was quite stable here. Such an unexpected promotion of the Armed Forces has paid the attention of the Russian command, and their propagandists instantly went here with a film crew of Russian television. In a plot where the Russian military assured that it was an attempt to attack in the airport area, Rostb warriors claimed that no position was lost.
The Russian serviceman confirmed what Russian invaders are afraid: the main thing is to prevent the Armed Forces from approaching the Donetsk airport. It is here, according to the journalists of the Scheme program, the fortification of the army of the Russian Federation is imposed on the system of trails and solutions - settlements Spartak, Avdiivka, Yasinovat and a little west of the Sand - Pervomaisky.
