"Switching of Reputation": How many Ukrainian companies have lost their owners in the Russian Federation
In most cases, these are active enterprises that continue to work, only 3 companies are in the process of termination. About it reports the analytical platform of OPENDABOTBoty. This mass "purification" occurs against the background of restrictions imposed by Ukraine after a full -scale invasion. Formally, the law prohibits changing the structure of ownership in order to hide or legalize Russian capital, but businesses find mechanisms to bypass these restrictions.
Since the beginning of the Great War, more than 700 companies have made similar changes, and only 8 cases have been officially declared illegal. The geography of changes shows the concentration in the capital: 30 companies are registered in Kiev, followed by the Odesa region (9), Kharkiv, Lviv and Vinnytsia regions (7).
In the fields of activity, most often "Russian traces" were found in wholesale trade (15 companies), real estate operations (13), retail trade (8), fisheries (6), IT and consulting (5). Experts say that the formal exclusion of Russian owners from the registers does not always mean actual withdrawal from business. Control often remains "backstage" through trusted persons or partnerships.
