A military Russian military was established, which ordered a hospital in the Sumy region from the tank

Law enforcement officers identified the person of the Russian military who ordered the firing of a city hospital from the tank in Trostyanka of Sumy region. As reported in the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office in Telegram, the occupier was informed in absentia of suspicion of violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Video of the day according to the investigation, on March 23, during the occupation by Russian military Trostyanets of Sumy region, with violation of the rules of international humanitarian law from the T-80 tank, a city hospital was fired. It was possible to establish that the order to commit sighting shots on a hospital building was given by the commander of the tank of the 6th tank company of the 12th tank regiment Shepetivskyi of the 4th Guards Tank Division of Kantimir.

The tank crew made at least three shots from the tank gun, which was damaged by the hospital's stationary building. Patients and hospital staff were in the building. Since the beginning of a full -scale invasion of Russia, the courts in Ukraine have already issued eight real sentences to the military. In early August, the Desnyanskiy District Court of Chernihiv found Mikhail Kulikov's military guilty of the article on violation of the laws and customs of war and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
