The Russian Federation prepares a difficult winter for Ukraine: the expert explained the logic of enemy blows on energy

To spread: Russia increases the strikes on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine with simultaneous military and economic purposes - all this is aimed at weakening production capacity, reducing budget revenues and pressure on the population. According to the military expert Ivan Stupak, such a course also has an element of "revenge" for blows to Russian refineries and can make the near winter for Ukrainians more difficult than the previous one.

The military expert of the Ukrainian Institute of the Future and the Consultant of the Verkhovna Rada and Defense Committee Ivan Stupak explained to the publication of UNIAN that systematic winter attacks on critical infrastructure were conducted to paralyze the industry. "Now they are coming to serious revolutions. First of all, it is a military component.

The Russians do not refuse, because they understand that there is no electricity, there is no production of any electricity-there are no production capacities of Ukraine. Drones of Deepstrike do not gather, FPV-punks are not collected. We understand, it is There is no electricity. According to his forecast, the Russian leadership hopes that mass inconveniences will force citizens to demand a "rapid" completion of the conflict under any conditions.

According to the expert, another reason for the escalation is the repayment of strikes on Russian refineries. He explained that the Kremlin seeks to force Ukraine to abandon the attacks on these objects, since damage to the refinery is inflicting significant financial losses. Therefore, Stupak's energy is viewed as an element of pressure and punitive policy against the Ukrainian economy. Separately, the expert stressed that the Russians are also aimed at gas infrastructure - storage and highways.

"Clearly, they hit the gas infrastructure, in places where gas storage is stored. Yes, they do not reach them. But I assume that the Russians have a calculation to beat these places. It is the idea of fixing it to be detonated. Nuclear explosion, ”the expert explained to reporters.

Moreover, Ivan Stupak warned that due to the constant hit of the CHP and damaged power lines, the structural stability of the power system is reduced, so individual regions, in particular in the east and in industrial zones, will find themselves in a much more difficult position. In general, the expert suggests that the next winter can be about 20-30% more difficult for Ukrainians compared to the previous one, but emphasizes that it is its subjective assessment.

In the end, according to his results, the enemy's logic is to maximize the destruction of vulnerable objects, "to collapse what can be destroyed" and thereby undermine Ukraine's economic and social stability. It should be reminded that on October 10, the enemy launched the means of defeat in bad weather conditions and chose the goals of four major cities - Kiev, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporozhye.
