According to the President, without the full de -occupation of Crimea, Donbass and other temporarily occupied territories, it is impossible to ensure a constant peace in Ukraine and in Europe as a whole. Such positions are shared by other civilized countries, and Kiev does not officially recognize the Russian occupation of these territories.
