From the "production of the Armed Forces" to "we beat where we want." As the Rivor's rhetoric on shelling of Ukraine changed
Initially, Russia denied its involvement in military crimes in Ukraine, and is now looking for a "legitimate military goal" in every civilian object. However, over time, Russia had to gradually change tactics and begin to recognize shelling. " And in the end, "we will beat there, we will read for need,"-summed up the enemy. On July 9, 2022, Russia strikes a rocket strike on an apartment building in a time ravine in Donetsk region. As a result, 47 people were killed. This time, the Russian Federation did not deny its terrorist attack at all.
However, the reasons for the impact on an apartment building of course twisted. The Armed Forces and foreign mercenaries were allegedly based. On July 14, 2022, Russia carried out a terrorist attack in the center of Vinnitsa.

Why the Russian Federation has changed the rhetoric watching the Russians on social networks under personnel from the places of terrorist attacks of the Russian Federation, under the posts of "Kalibrovka" (so Russian telegram channels are called launches of missiles in the cities of Ukraine) and reports of the victims and dead. The complete approval of the killings of Ukrainians, and indifferently - military or children.
Therefore, the recognition of attacks on civilian objects enhances the image of a "strong state", "liberator" and "older brother", which provides orders in Ukraine, "denaccifies" and "demilitizes" Ukraine. Moreover, now, due to recognition of attacks on peaceful sites, it is gradually forming and promoting the narrative that Ukraine needs to agree to peaceful negotiations in order to avoid even greater victims in this war. Therefore, because of the change in rhetoric, Russia is obviously trying to achieve several goals. First, sow panic among Ukrainians, including those who have remained in temporarily occupied territories, despairing them and shaking their confidence in the Armed Forces and the Ukrainian authorities. Secondly, to consolidate the image of the "invincible state-liberator", which destroys only military goals.
And thirdly, to convince the Western audience that it is impossible to do anything with the terrorism of the Russian Federation, so Ukraine must be forced to peace, moreover at any cost (for example, the price of territories). Practical conclusion for Ukrainians: Do not ignore air alarm signals and remember that there is no difference for the enemy. Any dwelling house in the eyes of the Russians turns into a "legitimate military goal".
